It has been a very intense and very difficult year to be managed, which will undoubtedly leave an indelible memory for us and the generations to come.
During the initial period, perhaps the most critical, when the pandemic was increasing and neither the effects nor the way to contain it were known, when all the companies were at the mercy of events, SIFA Technology represented a reference point in the filtration market.
SIFA Technology, in fact, has been immediately recognized as an essential business. Thanks to the self-denial of its staff and to the very high level of material stocks, SIFA Technology successfully faced the enormous amount of requests that came mainly from the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, also involving the entire supply chain of its suppliers, always in full compliance with current regulations.
SIFA Technology was able to fulfill not only the ordinary requests of the specific market, but also those of an extraordinary nature, both in terms of volumes and type of products, allowing the creation of centers dedicated to fighting COVID-19 in a very short time, contributing in a decisive way and safeguarding the health of communities.
But we wanted to do even more in addition to the intensity spent on work and the resources invested in the fight against Covid because we think that it is morally and ethically necessary that companies have special consideration for the most vulnerable, that is why in 2020 we made donations to various national and local institutions and associations, trying to support the battle against this emergency.
Last but not least, we gave our small support also to the NGO Save the Children by making a donation instead of making the usual corporate gift.
