The type of data we process, for what purposes and what legal basis allows us to do so

Different types of personal data are collected and processed through the Site for different purposes. We may process your data only for certain purposes and, in any case, always in the presence of a legal basis that allows us to do so.

More precisely we can treat:

Navigation data

Personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the communication protocols of the Internet network.

This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. These are for example the IP addresses or domain names of the computers you use to connect to the site, the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (good end, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the computer environment of the user.

Purpose: We use this data for the sole purpose of allowing the operation of the site, to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site to check its correct functioning. The data may be used to ascertain liability in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Legal basis: the processing is based on the legitimate interest of SIFA TECHNOLOGY to ensure the proper safe functioning of the Site and of the user to navigate correctly on the Site.

You can learn more by consulting our Cookie Policy.

Personal data entered in the page “Work with us”

Only with your prior consent, we may process your personal data, contact data (e-mail and phone) and your resume.

For your self-application you are not required to indicate personal data c.d. particular, as well as qualified by art. 9 of Reg. 2016/679 or your state of health.

This is without prejudice to the hypothesis in which these personal data must be known by reason of establishing a working relationship.

Purpose: to proceed with the verification of the conditions for recruitment and/or the initiation of a collaboration.

Legal basis: the processing is based on your prior consent.

You can change your mind whenever you want!

You can revoke your consent at any time by contacting us. Of course, the processing carried out prior to your revocation remains valid.

If you decide to withdraw your consent and there are no other legal grounds that authorize us to process your personal data, we will cease processing. However, if another legal basis allows us, we will continue to process your rights at all times.

What we mean by legal basis

The legitimate interest

Mandatory or optional nature of data provision

Except for navigation data (the provision of which and the collection of which are regulated in more detail by the section on the “Cookie Policy” of this page), the provision to SIFA TECHNOLOGY of personal data collected through the Site is free, optional and optional. The failure to provide information does not therefore limit the use of the Site, however, it can make it impossible for SIFA TECHNOLOGY to respond to requests for information and questions, or send information material, updates, newsletters and invitations to events.

Depending on the case and, where necessary, the mandatory or optional nature of the data communication will be indicated from time to time.

Failure to provide optional personal data will not result in any obligation or disadvantage.
