SIFA Technology and its partners in a constantly changing world” is the title given to the periodic convention that SIFA dedicates to its partners and suppliers.
An event that always arouses great success among the guests thanks to the spirit and objectives that animate the occasion: strengthening working relationships, teaming up and sharing a common project.
In SIFA, in fact, the value of sharing objectives, at any level, with colleagues and suppliers, partners in our projects, is extremely important.
The event began with the sharing of the corporate strategy and the objectives to be achieved by the Owners, and then gave the floor to the collaborators of the Production, Purchasing, Logistics and Administration departments who addressed topics of interest to the varied audience (suppliers of components and semi-finished products, transporters, suppliers of auxiliary services, etc.).
This meant that each collaborator could enhance their work by creating a more concrete exchange with the suppliers with whom they interact more or less on a daily basis.
The convention ended with the presentation of each supplier, a useful moment to “give a face” to each company and to offer business opportunities between the various companies.
It is possible to team up in many ways, for us, this is one of many, enhancing each internal member of the Team and sharing a common project with all the company’s stakeholders.
